The floors, except for lobby and lower level are locked off only on weekends and bank holidays. In fact, you have to visit with a security guard if you want to go to any floor besides lower level and lobby
This is a nice modern hotel with a lobby on the 5'th floor, a rooftop pool and bar, and nice hotel rooms. This hotel used to be the Artisan Hotel, which had pretty nasty reviews on TripAdvisor.
