Holiday Inn Express & Suites Van Horn TX

This Hotel has an elevator that I have never seen before in person, and this elevator is completely brand new. It is built in 2017 or 2018.

This place is EXACTLY like the Holland Hotel in Alpine because the El Capitan and Holland hotels were designed by Trost & Trost. In this hotel, they have installed a new elevator due to the lack of ADA compliance before 2009.

I found these elevators at a parking garage right by the Tobin Center and to my surprise, they were brand new Otises. I am so happy I found those in downtown San Antonio.

These elevators are behind a locked glass door. You have to have a key card, or your room key if you know what I mean. Fortunately, I ditched the keyreader and I was able to get in and ride these elevators.
